My name is Svetlana Noskova. I am a bilingual (Russian and Dutch) tax and administration specialist based in Amsterdam, and I help Russian-speaking freelancers (ZZP) and private individuals in the Netherlands stay on top of their Dutch taxes, without the stress of dealing with an unfamiliar language and an unfamiliar system.
I prepare your quarterly VAT declarations (BTW aangiftes) and your yearly statement (aangifte inkomstenbelasting) personally, so you always work with the same person who already knows your situation.
I keep the focus deliberately narrow, which is exactly what makes the help personal: freelancers (ZZP) and private individuals, each receiving tailored one-to-one support.
One bookkeeper for both partners
If you are a couple where one partner is Dutch and the other is Russian-speaking, I can look after both of you in one place, including your joint return and everything around fiscal partnership (fiscaal partnerschap). That bilingual, household-wide help is hard to find from a single advisor.
What is covered
- Quarterly VAT declarations (BTW aangiftes)
- Yearly statement (aangifte inkomstenbelasting)
- Help for freelancers (ZZP) and private individuals
- Joint and fiscal-partner (fiscaal partnerschap) filing
I do not handle BVs or other corporate structures, or day-to-day bookkeeping.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an accountant or financial administrator?
If you are registered as a freelancer (ZZP), run a business, or simply are not sure whether your taxes in the Netherlands have been filed correctly, help from a financial specialist saves time, money, and stress. I can help figure out exactly what you need in your situation. And if you want, I can help not only you but also your Dutch partner.
How much do your services cost?
The price depends on the scope and complexity of the work. Send me a message through the contact form on the website, and I will get in touch to discuss the details and prepare a custom estimate.
What do you take care of?
Your quarterly BTW (VAT) returns and your annual income-tax return. I can also prepare other documents on request, for example an income forecast for mortgage advisors. I do not handle BV or corporate structures, or day-to-day bookkeeping.
Can you help if I moved to the Netherlands in the middle of the year?
Yes. In the year of relocation, a special return is usually filed (M-formulier / M-biljet), which is more complicated than a regular one. I will help you fill it in correctly so you do not overpay and do not miss deductions.
Do I have to speak Dutch?
No. I speak Russian and Dutch fluently, so you can speak to me in the language that suits you best, and I handle all reporting for the Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) in Dutch.
Where are you based?
Amsterdam. I also provide services remotely throughout the Netherlands.
How do I get in touch?
Through the contact form on the website. I do not publish a phone number, but you can leave yours in the form and I will definitely get in touch.
This page is a short introduction in English. The main website and all of the articles are in Russian, while I provide the service itself in both Russian and Dutch.`
